Tanah Abang Angkot Drivers Invited to City Hall Today

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno invites Tanah Abang route public minivan (angkot) drivers to meet at City Hall on Wednesday (1/31).

We want to invite and hear their opinions to find the solution

Besides to have friendly meeting (silaturahmi), his side also wants to discuss with drivers to find the best solution regarding angkot drivers act by closing Jl. Jati Baru Raya.

"We want to invite and hear their opinions to find the solution. We invite them in here on Wednesday morning," he expressed, Tuesday (1/30).

Dishub will Find Solution for Tanah Abang Public Minivan Drivers

He explained, Jakarta Transportation Dept. Head, Andri Yansyah and Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede has discussed about Tanah Abang angkot drivers demands.

"They have reported to governor and I. We plan to coordinate and discuss it," he added.

He continued, Jakarta Provincial Government should be able to support and receive opinions from transportation entrepreneurs thus could find the best solution for all sides.

"They need income. We will accommodate things related to arrangement impact," he mentioned.
